Dean joined Machon Insurance in 2003. He has over 20 years of experience working with retail businesses in sales and marketing positions.
Dean has received numerous sales awards. Most recently, he was recognized by MetLife with their Gold Award for production excellence. While in a previous sales management position at Brown-Forman, he was recognized with the President’s Choice Award and Best Regional Performance Award.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Loyola University Chicago. He is licensed to sell property, casualty, life, health and long-term care insurance.
Dean has served as a volunteer with Lutheran Child and Family Services and is a manager for Park Ridge Baseball.
